I love running outdoors but sometimes the weather in Taipei is just too hot, I didn’t wake up early enough or there simply isn’t enough time. After starting a full time job, I found even less time but lunch hour workouts have become a way for me to add time back into my day.
When I started running on the treadmill I focused, as I focused much of my running in the early days, on speed. I was always pushing myself to go faster and faster without increasing the incline or variation. It wasn’t long until my legs started to suffer and I got bored of the treadmill.
Here I hope to make a collection of workouts which can help stave off injury while inspiring you to fit in a run, no matter the weather so you can be your best, come rain or shine.
